As the fastest growing BBQ-Grilling Company in the World, Traeger is looking for a Special Event Coordinator to assist with managing the logistics of our outside sales special events (rodeos, fairs, home/garden shows, RV shows, etc.) all across the country.  This is a full time position in the new Headquarters location for Traeger in Sugarhouse Utah office and comes with company sponsored benefits and wage compensation is from $10.00-17.00 an Hour DOE.

Position Details:

  • ·         Coordinate the booking process for special events, working with outside promoters as well as various in-house departments
  • ·         Build and maintain strong relationships with special event promoters
  • ·         Facilitate direct contact with sales professionals before, during, and after events
  • ·         Coordinate shipment of proper equipment and display items for the event, including some pre-assembly of event setup kits
  • ·         Work with other Traeger team members to facilitate staffing and the overall success of events
  • ·         Assist with other projects or duties as assigned
