| Description: |
This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining external and internal web application environments and play a pivotal role in leading the development of our next generation web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong web applications development and analytical (i.e. requirements gathering) skills, as well as the ability to learn new technologies quickly, based on prior experiences with similar tools. This position will require superior written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present technical solutions to internal clients of all levels. This position will work with individuals and cross functional teams to establish frameworks, architecture, develop and maintain our web based systems and applications.
Responsibilities- Establish sound UI tier application architecture based on industry best practices
- Implement rapid UI tier changes to meet changing business and marketing requirements
- Develop functional and technical documentation on assigned projects
- Work in a team environment in supporting the team goals, and improving web development engineering practices
- Estimate development efforts on assigned projects and meet them
- Work closely with internal marketing team to achieve business objectives
- Analyze and optimize pages and page design for maximum performance
- Measure and report on conversion metrics relating to UI optimization

| Qualifications: |
- 5 + years of experience in Web Development, UI tier design and technologies such as HTML, DHTML, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, ASP.NET, C#
- Mastery of web UI architecture and development practices
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong problem analysis and solving skills
- Proven results-oriented person with a delivery focus
- Able to independently design, code, and test application features
- Experience with version control systems
- The willingness to learn and keep up with new technologies
- Experience with AB testing for e-Commerce web sites
- Experience/familiarity with HTML5, CSS3
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred, or equivalent degree/experience
