Outrageously delicious sides don't have to be overly complicated and fancy. You just need some fresh, seasonal ingredients, a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of salt and a little quality time on your Traeger.

Ingredients

Butternut Squash1
Olive Oilas needed
Traeger Veggie Shakeas needed
Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Shakeas needed

Preparation

Cut squash in half and lightly coat with mixture of olive oil, Traeger Veggie Shake, and Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan.

Wrap in foil with 1/2 cup of water.

When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Increase the temperature to 450F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place squash on grill for 45 minutes. Remove from grill, unwrap and enjoy!
