This 2 ingredient meal is a quick and simple dinner recipe. Spice that fish up and let Traeger grill it to perfection.

Ingredients

Fish (Salmon, Halibut, etc.)1
Salmon Shake or Blackened Saskatchewanas needed

Preparation

Spice fish with desired spice and let it sit for 30 minutes.

When ready to cook, start your Traeger on Smoke with lid open until fire is established (4-5 minutes). Increase the temperature to 325 and allow to preheat, lid open, for 10 - 15 minutes.

Place fish on the grill and cook for approximately 15 minutes until the fish is flaky (be careful not to over cook). Remove from grill and enjoy.
