Simple Grilled Thick Cut Pork Chops

Delicious grilled pork chops in 30 minutes with no flipping required!

Ingredients

Thick-cut Pork Chops2, 1 1/2 inch thick
Saltas needed
Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rubas needed

Preparation

Rub salt and Blackened Saskatchewan into meat.

When ready to cook, start your Traeger on Smoke with lid open until the fire is established (4 - 5 minutes).

Increase temperature to 450F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 - 15 minutes.

Place pork chops on grill grate and cook for 30 minutes (No need to flip chops when cooking on a Traeger grill.)

Remove from grill, serve and enjoy!
