Traeger Salmon Shake or Prime Rib Rubas needed
Recommended Hardwood Pellets:Pecan

Preparation

Lightly season steaks with Salmon Shake or Prime Rib Rub.

Start your Traeger on smoke with lid open for 5 minutes to get started, turn to 375 degrees after fire starts.

Place steak on grill and cook until your steak has reached your preferred internal temperature.

   Rare: 130F-140F
   Medium Rare: 145F-150F
   Medium: 155F-160F
   Medium Well: 160F-165F
   Well: 165F-170F

Take steaks off the grill, serve, and enjoy!
