Spare Ribs With Spicy Mandarin Glaze

We added some Asian flair to the popular 3-2-1 method. These ribs have great flavor that pack a punch and will make your mustache curl.

Ingredients

Spare Ribs, membrane removed3 large racks
Yellow Mustard3 Tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce1 Tbsp.
Traeger Sweet Rubas needed
Traeger's Mandarin Glaze1 bottle
Sesame Oil1 tsp.
Soy Sauce1 tsp.
Honey1 cup
Dark Brown Sugar1 1/2 cups
Dr. Pepper24 oz.
Garlic Powder1 tsp.

Preparation

When ready to cook, turn the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until a fire is established (4-5 minutes). Turn grill up to 225 and preheat, lid closed, for 10 - 15 minutes.

Rub both sides of the ribs with the Worcestershire sauce and mustard mixture. Place on grill and smoke for 3 hours.

Place ribs in aluminum foil pan. Pour honey over the ribs and sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour Dr. Pepper over the ribs.

Cover with foil and turn up grill to 275; cook ribs for 2 hours.

Remove ribs from foil pan and turn grill to high. Mix Mandarin Glaze, sesame oil, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Brush on ribs and place ribs meat side down 8-10 minutes.
