Keep all your burgers at a 10 on the flavor scale. Mix our citrus Salmon shake and spicy Traeger Saskatchewan shake into tuna, and pat them into burgers. Traeger Tuna Burgers are spiced to perfection, keep your eaters excited for the every Traeger flavor adventure.

Ingredients

Ground Tuna Steak1 3/4 lbs.
Eggs2
Traeger Salmon Shake1 Tbsp.
Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan1 Tbsp.
White Onion, diced1
Green Bell Pepper, diced1
Soy Sauce or Worcestershire Sauce, or both1 tsp.

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.

Spray hands with non-stick spray to make patties.

Start your Traeger on Smoke with lid open until a fire is established (4-5 minutes). Increase temperature to 450 and preheat, lid open, for 10 - 15 minutes.

Place patties on grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or smoke for 1 1/2 hours.

Remove from grill and enjoy!
