When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 350 degrees and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
In a bowl mix in apples, cherries, orange zest. Place fruit in a 10” butter pie pan.
In a small bowl mix the ¼ cup granulated sugar and 1/8 cup AP flour. Pour mixture over apples and cherries.
In a food processor bowl add 1 cup ap flour and ¾ cup of sugar, pulse for couple seconds.
Add the butter little by little until mixture crumbles, resembling coarse corn meal.
Place crumble topping over apples & cherries, take to pre-heated traeger grill and bake for approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
Add cream and mascarpone cheese to the bowl of a stand mixer and whip on high to soft peaks.
Remove the bowl from the mixer and fold in cherries.
To serve top each slice of crumble with a dollop of cherry whipped cream. Enjoy!
