Start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open for 4-5 minutes to establish the fire.
Close the lid and turn the temperature setting up to 325 degrees F. Allow the grill to preheat for 10-15 minutes.
Peel and core the pears. Arrange them in a buttered baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, bourbon, butter, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Pour the bourbon mixture over the pears.
Place the baking dish on the grill grate, close the lid and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the pears are fork tender.
Transfer to a serving plate and spoon the caramelized bourbon mixture over the pears.
Serve warm over vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
