When ready to cook, start the Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until a fire is established (4-5 minutes). Turn temperature to 300 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Spray an 8” baking pan with non-stick spray.
Empty Kodiak Cake brownie mix into a medium-size mixing bowl. Add eggs, melted butter, coconut oil, and water. Gently mix, being careful not to overmix. Pour into prepared pan.
Place brownies in center of grill grate; bake for 45 minutes.
While the brownies are baking, begin assembling bacon crumble. Add honey or sugar to a medium-size saucepan, over high heat. Add bacon and almonds. Stir for 2-3 minutes, or until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
Remove brownies from grill and cool completely. Sprinkle candied bacon crumble over the top of brownies. Enjoy!
