When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes).
Pour heavy cream in an oven safe dish or pan. Do not use cast iron.
Place cream on Traeger grill and cook on the Smoke setting for 20 minutes. For a stronger smoke flavor, smoke for 40 minutes.
Remove cream from the Traeger and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Place in fridge for at least 6 hours.
Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl and add the whipping cream. Whisk just until the cream reaches stiff peaks.
Serve with your favorite desserts or fruit. Enjoy!
