Mix meat, shallots, garlic powder, chili powder, and mustard together in a mixing bowl and form into 4 round balls.
When ready to cook, start your Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4-5 minutes). Set the temperature to 450° F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cook the burgers until desired internally temp is to your liking.
Serve with lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and pickle. Enjoy!
