When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to High and preheat, lid closed 10-15 minutes.
Place orange slices directly on the grill grate and cook 20-25 minutes. Remove from grill and let cool.
In a mixing glass, add bourbon, Traeger Simple Syrup and bitters. Add ice and shake. Pour over a beer glass filled with ice and top off with cold Guinness.
Garnish with grilled orange slice and amarena cherry. Enjoy!
