When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 325 degrees F and preheat, lid closed 10-15 minutes.
Pit the peach and cut in half. Cut one of the oranges in half. Glaze the peach and orange sides with honey and set directly on the grill grate until the honey caramelizes and fruit has grill marks.
Cut the second orange into wheels and coat with granulated sugar on both sides. Place directly on the grill grate and cook 15 minutes each side or until grill marks form.
In a mixing tin, add grilled peaches, orange fig spread, fresh lemon juice and honey glazed orange juice.
Shake vigorously to blend the juices and fig spread. Strain over clean ice. Garnish with grilled orange wheel. Enjoy!
