A drink so rich, it could double as dessert. Smoked nutmeg, pumpkin puree, smoked syrup and a little bourbon makes for the perfect cold weather pour.

Ingredients

  • Smoked Whole Nutmeg
  • 2 OZ MITCHER’S BOURBON
  • 1 LARGE ORGANIC EGG
  • Smoked Whole Nutmeg
  • 2 OZ MITCHER’S BOURBON
  • 1.5 TSP PUMPKIN PUREE

Preparation

Smoked nutmeg: When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Place whole nutmeg on a sheet tray and place in the grill. Smoke 1 hour. Remove from grill and let cool.  

Add everything to a shaker and shake without ice. Add ice, then shake and strain into a chilled highball glass. 

Garnish with grated, smoked nutmeg. Enjoy!
