Citrus and smoked salt are a perfect pairing for this killer tequila cocktail. Tequila, grapefruit and club soda mix well, especially when given a smoky finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 OZ CAZADORES REPOSADO TEQUILA
  • 1 OZ CLUB SODA
  • 0.75 OZ GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
  • 0.5 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
  • 2 OZ CAZADORES REPOSADO TEQUILA
  • 1 OZ CLUB SODA
  • 0.75 OZ GRAPEFRUIT JUICE

Preparation

When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to High and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Grill grapefruit slices 10 minutes until lightly browned. 

Place smoked sea salt in a shallow dish. Wet rim of the glass with grapefruit then dip in sea salt to coat the rim. 

Add all ingredients except the grapefruit slices in a tumbler filled with ice and stir well. Garnish with grilled grapefruit slice and Enjoy!
