When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to High (set to 500 degrees F if using a WiFIRE-enabled grill) and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
For the grilled lemon juice: Cut the lemons in half and place face side down directly on the grill grate. Cook until they have grill marks and have started to caramelize, about 20 minutes.
In a punch bowl or large container, combine all ingredients and chill for 1 to 4 hours, covered, in the refrigerator.
Serve with blocks of dry ice. Enjoy!
