When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes).
To make the smoked onion vermouth: Pour a jar of vermouth soaked cocktail onions onto a shallow sheet pan. Smoke for 45 minutes.
To make the cocktail: Add vodka, smoked onion vermouth and dry vermouth into a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with smoked cocktail onions on a skewer. Enjoy!
