When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes).
Smoked Orange and Pineapple Juice: Pour equal parts fresh squeezed orange juice and pineapple juice into a shallow sheet pan and smoke for 45 minutes. Remove and let cool.
Add dark and light rums, 3 oz smoked orange and pineapple juice, the lime juice and Traeger Simple Syrup to a mixing glass.
Add ice, shake and strain over clean ice in a Tikki glass.
Garnish with a grilled orange, pineapple and cherry skewer. Enjoy!
