- 1/2 cup Traeger Apricot Barbecue Sauce, or apricot jam
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 pound breakfast sausage links (about 12 links), thawed if frozen
In a small saucepan, combine the Traeger Barbecue Sauce and warm over low heat. Keep warm.
When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Arrange the sausage links on the grill grate, turning once or twice with tongs, until cooked through, 10 to 15 minutes. Using tongs, roll several sausages at a time in the barbecue sauce and mustard mixture, and return to the grill for 2 to 3 minutes to set the glaze. Serve with the remaining glaze.
