INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 " thick pork chops
- salt
- Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan or black pepper
PREPARATION
Rub seasoning into meat. Start your Traeger on smoke with lid open for 5 minutes to get started, then turn to high. Cook chops on high for 30 minutes (No need to flip chops when cooking on a Traeger grill.) Remove from grill, serve and enjoy!
