When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to High and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Peach Salsa: Dice all ingredients and add seasonings.
When grill comes to temperature, wrap 1-2 pieces of bacon around each brat. Secure bacon with a toothpick.
Place bacon wrapped brats on the Traeger and grill for 5-7 minutes depending how thick bacon is.
After turning brats, grill another 5-7 minutes on the other side.
When bacon is done, remove brats from grill and let rest 3-5 minutes.
Top with peach salsa. Enjoy!
