Put the sizzle in your tailgating smoke-fest by bacon wrapping brats. Smother this meat duo with sweet and spicy Georgia peach salsa, it's the perfect flavor to fuel your feisty fire. Go team!

Ingredients

Bacon Wrapped Brats With Peach Salsa:

  • 1 package Brats
  • 1 lb. Bacon

Peach Salsa:

  • 2-3 Ripe Peaches, diced
  • 1 pepper 1 Jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 red onion Red Onion, diced
  • 1/2 lime Fresh Lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika

Bacon Wrapped Brats With Peach Salsa:

  • 1 package Brats
  • 1 lb. Bacon

Peach Salsa:

  • 2-3 Ripe Peaches, diced
  • 1 pepper 1 Jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 red onion Red Onion, diced
  • 1/2 lime Fresh Lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika

Preparation

Turn your Traeger to smoke 4-5 minutes with the lid open, and then turn to high.

While your grill is getting up to temperature make your salsa by dicing all your ingredients and adding seasonings. When your Traeger is at temp. wrap 1-2 pieces of bacon around each brat. You may need to secure the bacon with a toothpick if the bacon is falling off.

Place bacon wrapped brats on the Traeger and grill for 5-7 minutes depending how thick your bacon is.

After you turn the brats grill another 5-7 minutes on the opposite side.

When the bacon is done to your liking, removing brats from the grill and let them rest 3-5 minutes.

Top with peach salsa. Enjoy!
