Mix olive oil, red wine, rosemary leaves, and Blackened Saskatchewan in a bowl. Marinate Pork Chops in marinade mixture for 2 hours.
When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to High and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Place chops directly on grill grate and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve, enjoy!
