These easy pork chops are a delicious way to save some money and cook out but eat in. Thick and generous the portions grill up tender, your lumber jack sized son’s will be satisfied.

Ingredients

  • 2 qty., 1-1/2 inch thick Thick-Cut Pork Chops
  • as needed Salt
  • 2 qty., 1-1/2 inch thick Thick-Cut Pork Chops
  • as needed Salt

Preparation

Mix olive oil, red wine, rosemary leaves, and Blackened Saskatchewan in a bowl. Marinate Pork Chops in marinade mixture for 2 hours.

When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to High and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place chops directly on grill grate and cook for 30 minutes.

Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve, enjoy!
