Combine all meatball ingredients in a mixing bowl except for the ground beef. Mix with a wire whisk to blend. Add in the ground beef and gently mix until all combined.
Form into approximately 12 equal-sized meatballs and place in a disposable foil pan.
When ready to cook, start the Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until a fire is established (4-5 minutes).
Place the pan on the grill grate and smoke for 45 to 60 minutes.
Meanwhile combine all of the sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat on the stovetop until the sugar has dissolved.
At the end of the smoke cycle, pour the sauce over the meatballs and turn the heat up to 300 degrees F.
Cook the meatballs for an additional 30 minutes, or until the temperature of the meatballs reaches 165 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer.
Serve with fresh bread. Enjoy!
