Combine all sauce ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.
Place chicken thighs into a zip lock bag; add approximately 3/4 of the dressing to cover. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
When ready to cook, turn the Traeger on Smoke to establish a fire (4 to 5 minutes).
Turn temperature to 450 degrees F and allow to preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Place marinated chicken thighs on the grill grate, skin side down. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook another 10 minutes.
Cut limes and place on chicken; cook for an additional 5 minutes. Enjoy!
