  • 1 Ham
  • 1-1/2 cups, divided Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Orange Marmalade
  • 1/4 cup Dijon-Style Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Cloves

Preparation

When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 325 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the glaze: In a small saucepan, put the remaining 1/2 cup of orange juice, the maple syrup, marmalade, mustard, vinegar, cinnamon, and cloves.

Warm over low heat, whisking to combine the ingredients. Remove from the heat and reserve.

Place ham in large roasting pan lined with aluminum foil. Place pan on grill and cook for 1.5 hours.

Open Grill and glaze ham with reserved mixture. Continue cooking for another 30 minutes or until a thermometer is inserted into the thickest part of the meat and reaches an internal temperatures of 135 degrees F.

Remove ham from grill and allow to rest for 20 minutes before serving.

Warm remaining sauce and serve with ham if desired. Enjoy!
