This quick dinner recipe turns out delicious when baked on the Traeger. Top pizza dough with vegetables and let them roast to smoky perfection on the grill. Traeger gives veggie pizza that original wood-fired flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 lb. Frozen Pizza Dough
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomato on Vine, Sliced Thin, then Quartered
  • 1/2 Small White Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • as needed Pepper
  • as needed Dried Oregano
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 lb. Frozen Pizza Dough
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomato on Vine, Sliced Thin, then Quartered
  • 1/2 Small White Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • as needed Pepper
  • as needed Dried Oregano

Preparation

Unthaw pizza dough to package's description.

Coat cake pan with non-stick spray.

Place dough in pan and form crust.

Drizzle 2 tbsp. of olive oil on dough.

Spread garlic, onion, and red pepper on dough, making sure to leave the crust uncovered.

Place tomatoes on top of the crust, and drizzle remaining olive oil on top.

Finish with oregano and pepper.

When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes).

Set the temperature to 450F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cook for 30 minutes. Crust should be firm to the touch and golden.
