Forget naked grilled salmon & get sauced with this tangy barbecue smoked salmon recipe.

Ingredients

Barbecue Roasted Salmon:

  • (4) 6-oz. Salmon Fillets, Skin-On

Sauce::

  • 1/3 cup Bee Local Honey
  • 3 Tbsp. Whole-Grain Mustard
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Thyme Leaves, Finely Chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. Jacobsen Kosher Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper, Freshly Ground

Barbecue Roasted Salmon:

  • (4) 6-oz. Salmon Fillets, Skin-On

Sauce::

  • 1/3 cup Bee Local Honey
  • 3 Tbsp. Whole-Grain Mustard
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Thyme Leaves, Finely Chopped

  • 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper, Freshly Ground

Preparation

Combine all sauce ingredients in a large bowl, preferably one day prior to making the salmon.

Rub salmon fillets on both sides with sauce. Reserve any extra, unused sauce.

When ready to cook, start your Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4-5 minutes). Set the temperature to 350° F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place fillets on grill, skin-side down, and cook for 15 minutes.

Let the fish rest for about 3-5 minutes. Serve with extra sauce. Enjoy!
