When ready to cook, start your Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until fire is established (4-5 minutes). Turn temperature to 450 and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut the lobster tails in half, exposing the meat. Place on grill and cook for approximately 10 minutes on each side.
Combine melted butter, lemon juice, and garlic together. Pour over hot lobster. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
