When ready to cook, start the Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl gently stir together all of the ingredients except the crackers, garnish scallions and the crab meat until thoroughly combined. Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
Season to taste and transfer to an oven-safe serving dish.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top
Garnish with the additional chopped scallions and serve warm with butter crackers. Enjoy!
