When ready to cook, start the Traeger on Smoke until a fire is established (4 to 5 minutes).
Pour the tomato juice onto one or two rimmed cookie sheets; Smoke the tomato juice for 1 hour.
In a large pitcher combine tomato juice, balsamic, citrus, Worchester, celery seed, hot sauce and stir until combined.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
To serve, rim 4 glasses with kosher or rock salt and fill with ice, pour 2 oz. of vodka into each glass. Finish by topping with a tomato cocktail and garnish with 1 celery stalk.
