When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to High and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
On a platter or in a mixing bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the broccoli rabe, and use your hands to mix thoroughly, coating the vegetables evenly with the oil. Season with sea salt.
Place the broccoli rabe in one layer directly on the lowest grill grate. Close the lid and cook for 5-10 minutes. You want there to be some color and slight char on the first side. Then flip and cook for a few more minutes.
Transfer the broccoli rabe to a serving platter and squeeze the juice of half a lemon evenly over the top.
Serve with more lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy!
