When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 325 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Put the beans in a pile on a rimmed baking sheet and pour the melted butter over them.
Using tongs, spread the beans out in the pan and season with Traeger Veggie Shake.
Roast the beans for about 1 hour, stirring and lifting with tongs every 20 minutes or so. The beans should be very tender, shriveled, and lightly browned in places.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve while hot. Enjoy!
