When ready to cook, start the Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until a fire is established (4-5 minutes). Turn temperature to 450 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut romaine in half, then either brush or drizzle olive oil over both faces of the romaine. Season lettuce with salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
Place romaine lettuce on grill grate, face down. Grill for 2 minutes. Remove from grill.
Prepare dressing by mixing bleu cheese, mayonnaise and milk in a small bowl. Season to taste with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add bacon.
Assemble your salad, adding more blue cheese as desired. Enjoy!
