Start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open for 4-5 minutes to establish the fire.
Close the lid and turn the temperature setting up to 350 degrees F and allow the grill to preheat for 10-15 minutes.
Spread the halved brussel sprouts in a single layer on a lined cookie sheet.
Drizzle with the oil and toss to coat.
Sprinkle the brussel sprouts evenly with Traeger's Asian BBQ Rub and put the cookie sheet on the grill.
Close the lid and cook for 7-8 minutes.
Toss the brussel sprouts in the Thai Chili Sauce and return to the grill for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the sprouts are crisp-tender.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
