Using a sharp knife, score the skin of the duck so it has a 1/4-inch diamond pattern.
Season both sides of the duck with Traeger Big Game Rub.
When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 275 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Place the duck breasts, meat side down, on the grate. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
Increase the temperature to 400 degrees F and cook for another 10 minutes with the skin side on the grate, until it reaches as internal temperature around 130 degrees F.
Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve in thick slices. Enjoy!
