Product Actions

Traeger grills take the labor-intensive element out achieving delicious wood-fired taste. Just set it and forget it, and let the Traeger do the rest.

The Process

  • Convection Process

An induction fan circulates rich, hardwood smoke throughout the cook chamber for even heat and epic flavor distribution.

  • Hopper

Load the hopper to the brim with 100% Hardwood for hours of smoking and grilling without reloading.

  • Auger

It fuels the fire, moving Hardwood from Hopper to Fire Pot—briskly for hot and fast, or gradually for low and slow cooking.

  • Firepot

A hot rod at the bottom of the Fire Pot ignites the Hardwood, keeping the fire going so you can relax and drink a cold one.

  • Energy Economy

Powered by a standard, household outlet, it uses 300 watts for the first four minutes and only 50 watts for the rest of the cook.

  • Shut Down Cycle

This sweet setting keeps the induction fan running for 10 minutes to lift residual ash from the fire pot and shuts off automatically.

Nothing Like a Traeger
We own 3 units a double and a 2000 for commercial work and a Texas for personal use. Have cooked beef and chicken for as many as 1500 served over 4 hours. Including some very special US Navy and Marines. About wore out two workers on the slicers and 2 more cutting on the chicken. Excellent units would not be able to do this on a charcoal fire. Only one complaint in almost 10 years. Lady didn't under stand the smoke ring in her chicken thought it was under cooked.
Happy Grilling from Santa Barbara CA.

My Com 200
I have owned my Com 200 for 7 years now. I love it. I've catered for as many as 650 people off of it, and EVERYONE just loves it, and loves to have a peak at it. I just recently got to do my first "WHOLE HOG" and they turned out great. Just pull out a rack or two and I had a 158# hog on their. Had to go at an angle, but man was it tasty. My only complaint is that for some reason, my far right auger/motor continue to jam up and fail. I have replaced and replaced, and continue to have a problem with just that right side. That being said, I wouldn't trade it for a stick burner, EVER! Love this thing, and so does everyone I cook for.

Q. Are there any other detailed pictures of the 2 commercial trailers? I'm mainly concerned about the placement of the hopper on the 200 as well as a little more detail on both the 190 and 200
manassas, Virginia
A. The hopper is on the back of the Com200 and is quite large. It feeds 3 fire pots from the hopper and has a ton of room. The Com190 is basically 2 of our XL models on a trailer back to back. We'd suggest calling us at 1800 TRAEGER for more info on each of them.

Q. Is the Large Commercial Trailer grill available with out the trailer portion? I'm opening a food truck in the spring of 2016, and have planned to have a Traeger XL on there, however I am intrigued by the idea of the Commercial Trailer grill without the axles, wheels, etc., and having just the large cooking unit on my truck. Thank you in advance, Joe Riley
Fargo, ND
A. The COM200 defaults to include the trailer when purchased. In the event someone wants to purchase this grill without the trailer, there are additional steps that need to be taken which can prolong delivery of the grill, but it can be done. The trailer that comes with the grill is solid, so personally I would want the trailer! Since it's not possible to order the COM200 without the trailer on the website, call (855) 382-2560 and our team of experts will be happy to help out!
