SET IT AND FORGET IT

Traeger grills take the labor-intensive element out achieving delicious wood-fired taste. Just set it and forget it, and let the Traeger do the rest.

The Process

  • Convection Process

An induction fan circulates rich, hardwood smoke throughout the cook chamber for even heat and epic flavor distribution.

  • Hopper

Load the hopper to the brim with 100% Hardwood for hours of smoking and grilling without reloading.

  • Auger

It fuels the fire, moving Hardwood from Hopper to Fire Pot—briskly for hot and fast, or gradually for low and slow cooking.

  • Firepot

A hot rod at the bottom of the Fire Pot ignites the Hardwood, keeping the fire going so you can relax and drink a cold one.

  • Energy Economy

Powered by a standard, household outlet, it uses 300 watts for the first four minutes and only 50 watts for the rest of the cook.

  • Shut Down Cycle

This sweet setting keeps the induction fan running for 10 minutes to lift residual ash from the fire pot and shuts off automatically.

Bronson 20 Grill
I'd never heard of Traeger before that fatal visit to a Garden Centre 6 weeks ago. After watching the demo that was in store I was hooked - I had to get one! Now the weather isn't always kind to us here in North Wales - but we've had a good spell of dry weather which has meant I've done more BBQ's with this little beauty in lthe last 6 weeks than I've done in the last 10 years! The Traeger makes it so simple. It's so easy to operate and when I'm done it's a breeze to clean and put away. Within 30 mins of finishing the unit has cooled down enough to clean and put away until next time. I've tried burgers, sausage, park steaks, pizza, garlic bread and even corn on the cob - and everything comes out perfectly done. This model has 2 temperature probes that take the guess work out of cooking and they really to do make a difference - means you can leave the cover closed for longer periods as you don't have to keep checking if the meat is burning, which in turn means no drop in temperature in the oven! I've tried 2 of various flavoured pellets available (Hickory and Mesquite) and both provide an excellent flavour to your food - next purchase will be Apple to try with some nice pieces of Pork. It's a bit difficult of here to find the rubs and sauces, but I did manage to get a bottle of Traegers Apricot Sauce - this really added some flavour to some pork steaks - fantastic!
At the same I purchased the grill cover and the folding shelf - both products compliment the grill suberbly and are highly recommended.
Definately one of the best things I've ever bought - I'm a true convert and only wish I'd known about them sooner!

Bronson
I've had my unit for 9 months and couldn't be happier, it is everything I have expected, I have tried just about everything on this grill . I will say my 2 most favorite things are Papa Murphy's Pizza and Cornish Game hens but then everybody has there favorites.

Perfect
This grill holds 3 racks of ribs which is more than enough for me. I love the taste of the food coming off it.

Q. Does the winter cold weather cause the grills not want to function as good? causing them take lounger for them to heat up and cook
Skip
Aurora, Colorado
A. Cold weather can have an affect on the pellet consumption and heat up time but your grill should still function as normal. We recommend an insulation blanket for the colder months to reduce pellet consumption.
