  • Mill to Grill

    Only Traeger mills their own pellets from recycled trees to ensure they’re 100% natural and no artificial binders are used. Pellets are bagged and delivered directly to a Traeger warehouse for distribution.

Best for beef
Alder is my favorite 'go too' for most beef recipes. I love the bold smoke flavor that it imparts.

So yum for fish on the grill!
I love alder wood for smoking fish and now that I own a Traeger BBQ grill/smoker I get to use all types of wood for all my smoking or bbq recipes and what ever I choose to do. These wood pellets make the fish taste so yum. I can't wait to have some more.
