There are plenty of things we could cook up on the Traeger that qualify as a quick meal. None of those things are as filling or delicious as a hearty steak (in this case, rib-eye) pulled off your Traeger and served hot and juicy. Pair it with some grilled corn and some fresh cut fruit and you have a quick and easy summer meal that is sure to please! We included picture for both a cast iron grill grate and cooking the steaks directly on the Traeger to show you the variations in appearance. In a blind flavor test, the steaks cooked directly on the Traeger won hands down! Either way you choose to grill them, these steaks will impress.
