Asparagus, how do we love thee? Let us count the ways... We love you snuggly wrapped up in bacon. We love you speckled into a risotto. And we love you simply and beautifully roasted in some olive oil and salmon shake. Roasted aparagus is just a classic side dish staple that you can never make too much of.
PREP TIME: 2 minutes
COOK TIME: 25 to 30 minutes
RECOMMENDED PELLETS: Mesquite, Hickory, or Oak
SERVES: 6 to 8
1 or 2 bunches of asparagus
2 to 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 to 2 tablespoons Traeger Salmon Shake
Coat asparagus with olive oil and salmon shake, stirring to cover all pieces.
Start your Traeger on smoke with lid open for 5 minutes to get started, then turn to 350° and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes. Place asparagus on the grill for 25 -30 minutes.
Remove from grill and enjoy!
