1 5lb block of cheddar cheese
Take cheese out of package.
Place ceader cutting board into Traeger. Place 3 wooden dowls parrell to each other on board. Allows for smoke to go around cheese.
Place block of cheddar cheese (or whatever you like) on dowls.
Turn Traeger on smoke for 90 minutes turning cheese every 15 minutes.
Wipe oils off when done.
Eat. Stores for a long time.
