Smoked cheese

  • 1 5lb block of cheddar cheese

Preperation Steps
  • Take cheese out of package.
  • Place ceader cutting board into Traeger. Place 3 wooden dowls parrell to each other on board. Allows for smoke to go around cheese.
  • Place block of cheddar cheese (or whatever you like) on dowls.
  • Turn Traeger on smoke for 90 minutes turning cheese every 15 minutes.
  • Wipe oils off when done.
  • Eat. Stores for a long time.
