3 pound(s) Freshly ground Beef
1/8 cup(s) Freshly ground Pepper
1/8 cup(s) Whole Sea Salt
1 pound(s) Gorgonzola Cheese
8 slice(s) Thinly sliced Onion
To make a Smoked hamburger turn smoker on t 180 let it get hot do not insert patties tell hot.
Use any size patties place in smoker add pellets do not let patties set in smoke for more than 10 to 15 to 20 min depending on size of patty's. 1/4 lbs. = 10 Min1/2 lbs. = 15 Min3/4 lbs. = 20 MinThis includes stuffed patties.
Season with salt and pepper.and let smoke.
Then transfer to 400 degree grill tell desired pinkness. Also use 1/4 in to 3/4 in large onion slice to hold in cheese on the top of the patty keep or discard if desired this will keep cheese from spilling all over the grill.
