16 oz bag small pretzles.
1 cup(s) veg oil
1 ounce(s) dry ranch (1pk)
1 tablespoon(s) garlic powder
1 teaspoon(s) dill weed
1 teaspoon(s) smoked paprika
1 teaspoon(s) cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon(s) cayenne if you want a kick.
In a big mixing bowl add 1c oil and all dry seasonings together and mix well. I like to dump out all the excess salt from the bag in the trash then dump into bowl with oil and seasoning and stir to coat all the pretzles.
Place on cookie sheet and put on grill on a smoke setting for 2hrs stirring every 20min or so.
I have made about 25 bags of these so far and have been asked to make more every time I see someone that has tasted them. If you like beer and have friends that do be prepared to make more then one batch at a time they will not last long!
