Ingredients:
4 Good sized Pork Country Syle Spare Ribs. (I prefer Bone In)
2 cup(s) Spicy Bloody Mary Mix
1 Bottle of your favorite beer.
2 tablespoon(s) Minced Garlic (Fresh is Best)
1 tablespoon(s) Black Pepper
1 tablespoon(s) Onion Powder
2 tablespoon(s) Red Chili Pepper Flakes
1 Fresh squeezed Lime
2 tablespoon(s) Diced Fresh Jalapeno's
Preperation Steps
Place Spare ribs on flat surface and pat dry.
Mix all ingredients in large "liquid tight Bowl".
Add Spare Ribs and cover. Shake shake shake.... shake shake shake.... shake your ribies!!!! (every few hours works). I allow mine to soak over night and into the afternoon, but use your own judgment. The more soak, the more smoke, the better the rib.
Ladies and Gentlemen, START YOUR TRAEGERS! I like to smoke for atleast an hour, pull ribs off grill and onto a plate. Crank up the heat to high, allowing grill to get to atleast 375, then grill for approximately 7 minutes a side. Keep in mind the hotter the grill the better the sear.
Pull ribs off the grill and immediately cover with foil. Allow to rest for ten to fifteen minutes, then enjoy.
