Smoked Meat Loaf
1# Ground Beef & 1# Ground Pork
1 Finely chopped Medium Green Pepper
1 Finely chopped Medium Onion
1-1/2 cup(s) Finely chopped Fresh Mushrooms
2 2oz. Packages of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
Place ground beef and pork into a mixing bowl and mix.
Add minced green pepper, onion, mushrooms, eggs and dressing mix to bowl and throughly mix by hand.
Start your Traeger on smoke.
Place a piece of aluminum foil on counter approximately 18 Place a piece of aluminum foil on counter top approximately 18" long.
Put meat loaf mixture on foil and shape into a "loaf pan" form and fold edges of foil up to make about a 1/2" pan edge.
Place meat loaf on grill in smoke mode for 4 hours or until cooked to your preference.
Don't count on leftovers - I've never seen my family devour meat loaf before I "Tragerized" it!!!!
