Tri-Tip with Sicilian Herb Sauce
1 Tri-Tip Roast
1 tablespoon(s) Thyme
3 piece(s) Garlic/Minced
1 teaspoon(s) Oregano
1 teaspoon(s) Kosher Salt
2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
1/2 cup(s) Olive Oil
Mix all the marinade items and put into large plastic bag with tri-tip and marinade overnight.
Pull and bring to room temperature. Cook at 225 for prox 2 hrs until IT is 135 degrees. Pull and let rest for 30 minutes than slice cross grain and enjoy.
