CHICKEN INVOLTINI WITH PROSCIUTTO & BASIL
4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 teaspoon(s) Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon(s) Granular Garlic
1/2 teaspoon(s) Ground Black Pepper
8 slice(s) Thin Proscuiutto
4 slice(s) Thin Provolone Cheese
8 piece(s) Basil Leaves(Fresh)
Remove the tendor from the breasts and flatten. Season both sides with pepper, garlic and salt. Add two pieces of ham, one piece of cheese and two basil leaves to each breast. Roll up tight and tie with string in two places and coat lightly with olive oil.
Heat grill to 350 degrees and put on chicken rolls, give the rolls a quarter turn every 3 minutes and cook for a total of 12 minutes.
