Keith's Famous Salmon
1 cup(s) Butter
1 cup(s) Brown Sugar
1 Package of Maple Bacon
Cut a piece of tinfoil and build a boat around your fillet salmon skin down
Cut the butter into 8 even cubes and place evenly across the salmon
Sprinkle the brown sugar across the top of the butter and salmon. Make sure it is a nice thick layer (maybe more than one cup I dont usually measure)
Lay the bacon across the fillet completely covering it
Cook on medium heat for about 45 minutes. ENJOY!
